Bounce Project

Bounce Project is a repeatable, science based 4 week jump program designed specifically for athletes who want to improve their two foot approach max vertical jump.

It is ideal for athletes with intermediate level experience with strength training, but do not have the athleticism and explosiveness they desire.

It has three workouts per week and utilizes strength training, jumping variations, plyometrics, and isometrics. All exercises and variations are hyperlinked within the program to YouTube tutorials.

  • Creators

    This program was created by Johnny McCormick (SDPT) and Phil DesMarais (Director of Performance, MS ExPhys). We are former college athletes who nerd out over the science of sport and performance.

    We both have an extensive background in training athletes of all ages and backgrounds, as well as developing our own training.

  • Results

    Within 4 weeks of trialing Bounce Project, we both saw 4 inch gains in our max approach vertical jump. That increased both of our max verticals to over 40 inches. Needless to say we were pumped, and now we’re pumped to see what Bounce Project can do for you!
